Oceanside Fusible Iridized
This iridized sheets from Oceanside is optimized for fusing. Oceanside Fusible Iridized is not recommended for use in Stained Glass applications. But it is beautiful for fusing!
Non-fusible Ocecanside Iridized is great for Stained Glass usage. Be sure to verify what OGT Iridized you are purchasing.
Note: If you do opt to use this Fusible Oceanside Iridized for stained glass follow these tips when using patina:
- Use a q-tip to apply patina to only the solder lines and wash it off right away
- Don’t let the patina solution sit on the glass for any amount of time
- Prevention is the only option when using patina. Once the patina chemically reacts with the iridized glass finish there is no way to reverse it.

Note: Cutting oil residue may be visible on these iridized sheets. Residue is easily removed with glass cleaners such as Sprayway Glass cleaner. Click here for a brief manufacturer provided video on cleaning glass or use the QR code at right.
