Sterling Silver Snake Chains
Silver chains are coated with an anti-tarnish coating. The anti-tarnish coating puts a barrier on the silver to extend the product's shelf life. This process is intended to prolong the shiny look of the chain for the retailer. While the coating will extend shelf life (2 to 3 times as long), it does not guarantee that the silver will not eventually tarnish from consumer use. The coating is non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
Most chains are imported from Italy.
